"This San Pedro location is the absolute best as they have outstanding management there. I drove up the other morning and was chatting with the rep who was helping me. His name was Sergio. He was so pleasant and customer service oriented and made great suggestions. I joked that he should be the manager and then he told me he was! He definitely sets the right example for his staff as a leader. Sergio put a big smile on my face. I was happy to meet Sergio. The next time I went, there was a gentleman named Robbie there at the window and he was also quite nice. He helped me with my order and then I found out he was also a manager or possibly the regional (not sure). I think it is great that the management does the work of the employees so they can empathize and walk a mile in their shoes. It helps them understand the clients and make improvements to processes, service, etc. Keep up the good work. I will be coming again and again and again and...... I highly recommend Panera in general but this store goes above and beyond!!!"

"This was my first time going to Panera Bread. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich. It was actually very good! I would recommend it. I also got the Mango smoothie. It was pretty decent. I tasted the chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread recently. And let me just say that is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. That is good pizza! It will definitely have you coming back for more!"

"It was noon and I was hungry. When we walked in, there is no service. No greeter, no person to take your order...just a tablet sticking out of a cabinet when you walk in. I guess I am old school. The soup and sandwich was good. The tea was great. No human interaction with anyone. There was only a couple of other customers in the lobby looking for a Panera human, but no one was there. They looked at the tablet and said, I guess I have to use this if I want to eat. It was clean. We left, no one said bye or thanks. Seemed weird but maybe that's where we are in this self-service. Human-less culture. I used to like Panera Bread. There was usually a kind person behind the counter. Just didn't seem right. I Don't think I'll go back there again."

"Ordered chipotle chicken avocado w/ broccoli cheddar soup, agave lemonade. It was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was savory with REAL avocado. Soup was excellent and the lemonade was refreshing. Very helpful and informative cashiers, helped me select a meal from all the options. Restrooms were clean"

"The good-Loved the chocolate pastry we got. We all shared it otw home so no photos unfortunately. We visted bc we were craving the sweet cinnamon crunch begals w/ walnut cream cheese. Cream cheese was off- bitter & pungent. Begals small compared to before & not fluffy & soft inside now. Crunch topping's more a sprinkle now then the crackle brittle candy like topping that used to flake & break off. It's been awhile since we ate at Paneras- so it maybe this location & not at them all. The cream cheese was terrible regardless of who or why. No saving that one. Size & topping - budget cuts?! Location?! Idk"

"I don’t understand the low reviews, because every time I visit this Panera, the experience is consistently excellent. The food is fresh, the restaurant clean, and the staff friendly. The manager Robert deserves recognition he runs the place with genuine care and professionalism. He’s attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which truly makes a difference. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests have a great visit. Honestly, if you’re hesitant because of a few negative reviews, don’t be. My experiences here have been nothing but positive, and I’ll keep coming back"

"This is my Sip Club Panera of choice. Staff is always friendly, facility is always clean, and the drinks are rarely out. The salads are top notch. Kind of a hidden gem due to the trees blocking the sign but just turn at the Pet Smart sign. Glad yall finally got your door fixed!"

"Really enjoyed our visit celebrating Paws 89th birthday. The manager was very accommodating to our order changes, provided us with a military discount, and even checked in on our table after the food arrived. Food was ready fast and everything was very fresh and tasted great. We will be coming back again!"
